Proudly introducing the headlining band of our very first Colombe Music Night.
Colombe Music partnered with the Rotondes and the Congés Annulés festival in Luxembourg to organize our first Colombe Music Night and bring you some quality music, well-deserved hot sun and fresh beers. Expect a rad mid-August summer party like no others! We simply can’t wait to meet you there and make this Saturday night a truly special one.
We’re very proud to welcome the Belgian sextet Dan San in Luxembourg to headline this concert evening. Just back from a productive trip in Québec, Canada, the band has now returned on home ground and will join us on August 13th for our much-awaited gathering.
Dan San – formed in 2010 – is today undoubtedly ranked among the most talented Belgian indie folk bands around. With the release of their second album Shelter in March 2016, the band has taken it to the next level. The LP is a fully-grown one with sensitive, authentic and exhilarating compositions. A great companion for your next road trip!
The six friends are the new ambassadors of Belgian pop, slowly settling down between their brothers Girls in Hawaii and Balthazar. Dan San’s music has the ability to produce a feeling of coziness with its melancholic harmonies and catchy choruses. They recently released a brilliant cover of “Heroes” by David Bowie which got them quite a bit of attention on their social media: a truly impressive rendition of this legend of a song.
Dan San will be live at the Rotondes in Luxembourg on 13th August, as part of the Colombe Music Night (Congés Annulés). The band will be preceded by Aamar, Claudine Muno and Somnium. Check them out as well if you get the chance.
